Day started with cleaning by getting new sheets new linen and blue blanket afresh. The guy came to collect the dirty ones with a bag for them. I tucked the sheet in and made the bed fitted neatly for “inspection”. I had 3 Weetbix after some small hesitation. Then ate a fruit, then went for a walk then drive then cycle with Kyle and Rachael. Good for some fun before Rachael leaves for South Africa from London to Frankfurt. Very cool. I believe the journey will be tough at first but it will get much easier and more manageable for those around me – I think my friends and family are incredibly precious and I enjoy spending time with them.
